Refund Policy – AMVONZ
At AMVONZ, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request a return or replacement under the following conditions.
Returns
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The product must be in its original packaging.
- Unboxing video or clear images may be required for verification.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted in the following cases:
- Products that have been used or damaged by the customer
- Change of mind after delivery
- Products returned without original packaging
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to the original payment method.
Replacements
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our mistake (damaged, defective, or wrong item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
Warranty
All AMVONZ products come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover damages caused by misuse, accidents, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
